Positivity is contagious, so spread it around! A positive attitude will help you deal with challenging situations and make the best of everyday occurrences.

5. Be grateful.

Gratitude helps us appreciate what we have instead of always striving for more. Keep a gratitude journal or simply make a mental list of things you’re thankful for each day.

Mindfulness means being present in the moment and paying attention to your thoughts and feelings without judgment. It can help reduce stress and anxiety and promote wellbeing.

7. Take care of your body.
