Happy Woman’s day to you and the soon to be bride who is on pins and needles looking at negeles, while she was doing a little last-minute wedding beauty shopping at Sephora. Here are her top tips:
1. Get a good night’s sleep the night before your wedding. “I can’t stress this enough,” says Teigen. “You want to look fresh and rested on your big day, so make sure you get plenty of rest the night before. I usually like to do an early bedtime routine with a relaxing bath and some lavender oil to help me drift off to sleep.”
2. Don’t try any new beauty products right before your wedding day—stick with what you know works for you. “I always make sure to use products that I know won’t irritate my skin or cause any breakouts,” says Teigen. “The last thing you want is for your skin to freak out on your wedding day! I swear by Cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer—they keep my skin looking flawless no matter what kind of long days I have on set or traveling.”
3 . Invest in a great concealer—you’ll need it for those pre-wedding nerves! “My go-to concealer is Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer,” says Teigen.” It’s amazing at brightening up under-eye circles and hiding any blemishes.”
4 . Make sure your foundation matches your neck—you don’t want anyone seeing a line between your face and neck! “I always blend my foundation down onto my neck so there’s no line of demarcation,” says Teigen.” No one wants their face to look like it’s floating!”
